Spark Plug Type - ECU Controlled Pinto

Hi All,
Just wondering what plugs people are running on a fuel injected/computer controlled Pinto?
All the reading I've done recommends resistor type plugs for ECU applications, however the normal plugs specified for Pinto NGK AP7FS are resistor-less.
Thanks,
Kieran
