    No, D port inlet manifold has D shaped inlet ports to match the heads

    On my 72 V6 I have D port heads and inlet manifold but the fan is not centred. Does that have an effect on anything or it makes no differance? {Probably previous owner didnt replace fan housing with the other D port stuff.}

    You can use the offset timing case with D port heads no issue, its just the position of the fan that is different
