Received my Expressed panels this week. Well packed and very happy with the product. Now ready to produce these Xmas holidays. Thank you all for the responses as I could not deal with another hefty charge once landed. Now I suppose I need to pull my finger out and get it all back together.

Time to fit my Expressed A Pillar now. Wasn’t aware I had to cut openings for hinges, hinge strap and door light switch (only most are square holes). No problem but want it to look original even though no one sees it. Any suggestions for how to do theses? I’m thinking round holes matching each corner the bigger holes for guts and a final file.
Also has anyone actually just used a spot welder to replace it? Seems like a bugger to drill holes everywhere to plug weld it back on. Would a cheap spot welder do a better job? I’ve got a fair bit of panel work to do on this car but really I want this to be perfect like my White V6 I sold this year.

sounds like a good way forward - drilling, then easing out.
I used a spot welder where I could and plug welded the rest. Some guys have done really neat jobs (on other forums) but I cant find them at the mo

Cheers. Made a template and ready to go. It just seems easier with a spot welder and new panel. Old panel maybe not.
