Manifold support rod Mk1 Cortina GT

G'day all,
Can anyone post a pic of an inlet manifold support rod for a Mk1 Cortina GT? In situ or by itself.
Yesterford sells them but I'm not sure whether it will clear my aftermarket headers so I'd like a rough idea first before I decide whether to buy or fabricate one myself.
