Yes there are 2 thicknesses, Clark Rubber used to stock the correct one.  The best thing about buying the UK made ones are that they have a right angle join

I cant find my receipt but you can get correct sizes for doors and boot from a rubber supplier.  They have a 1:1 scale chart of pinchweld extrusions so just take an old piece in and match it on the chart.

Does anyone know the Clark Rubber part number for the correct door and boot seals as I don't have any on my car to compare them with?

Here is the link to the Clark Rubber seals for comparison.

The dimensions stated do not seem to match the pictures in the catalogue.  I would assume you need Rubber Pinchweld Medium, that I would think is the one in the picture that says SMALL.  Rubber section needs to be about 15mm.  In the store they usually have a board of actual samples, I think the one you need has a part number with a "25" on the end.  I have a Clark Rubber up the road I need to go to anyway for a mates old Dodge, ill call in and tell you which one.  I have had a few capris come through with the incorrect rubber seal fitted, you cannot close the door

    I found my receipt.

    66-012 for boot
    60-055 for doors.

These were the closest match I could find and worked well.
