Deano . wheels should arrive in 2 weeks to me . Funny you mention gunmetal grey , colour is going to be orange with painted metallic gun metal grey stripes . Just need to decide on the stripe design , if its the high line stripe or the lower band type. 3rd pic is just the color scheme

Hi bonus, i know of another orange mk1 with lower stripes in the illawarra. So maybe do the higher stripe for something different?

A fine looking mk1 .
Not sure about the the roof gutter removal as it makes for a very windy cabin as it blows through the seals but I can understand why it was done.
