Yes I think I 1600 gt in good condition would be pushing to get 20 k ( as long as it had a gt dash and loom). 44k ? - good luck..

(Environmental concerns will see them all in the scrap heap anyway - I'll be able to look at them and reminisce I guess)

Hey spud, 2 days ago you said enviro concerns will see them all in a scap heap !!!!!!!!!!

This wont happen...........think positive !

1/The very worst scenario, would be our cars become a static display in our man cave; highly unlikely
2/The next worse scenario would be being forced to drive it only after the LOCKED-AWAY "invention of 45 years ago, or more, of running an IC engine on water for fuel", will be released & forced-developed due to enviro concerns.
3/ or.......Mandatory LP gas conversion
4/or......Next option will be IC engine must be replaced with an electric Motor with option of substitute sound effects imitating an IC engine for those desiring another step toward authenticity mimic

wonder how the corrupt "blind eye got turned" when they decided it was ok for all old cars, Mowers, Chain Saws, Irigation Pumps, Fire-fighting Pumps, Genies and Brush Cutters to continue using ULP without a CAT, given that combusted ULP without a CAT was allegedly more carcenogenic that leaving us to use leaded Super .............DOUBLE STANDARDS OUT OF CONTROL
............not to mention we're all slowly poisoning ourselves with the FUMES .......EVERY TIME we re-fuel at the servo.

Our mealy mouthed Govt officals are so full of it, I'll never surrender my IC engines like when I did "the right thing with my guns"; foolishly believing this would be the end of illegal guns in Australia AS PROMISED by Howard et al......
......WHAT A DISGUSTING JOKE !!!!.........theres now MORE illegal guns around than ever

..............thats my dummy spit for the week !

The cars looking good Spud.
The chicken made me smile. I've got one hen in particular, named Peckerhead, that comes out to the garage to watch me working on the Cortina. They've got more personality than people think.
Cheers Drew

2pak - I used to spray them myself - and the results were good
Only the last one the panel beater sprayed. But I'm going to set up a space and do these ones. As long as they're neat and tidy and all of the lines are there - for me
