Mazda 323 disk on MK2?

Sorry for having for no pics on hand, but I was looking to replace a very rusty set of ventilated disk rotors on the front of the Mk2 I purchased.

They are DBA disks (DBA 930 part no on back), which mean they are for a Mazda 323, not Escort.
A call to the local brake place confirmed this, but had no Escort listing.
They are basic 13" vented disks, nothing flash.

So I'm wondering if the setup may have been modified (it looks std to me?), or if just the disks may have been changed sometime over the years.
Would this be something that used to be done in the past?
I was just looking to get the car drivable with new disks and pads, and possibly at a future date look for something more decent.

Rims are 13", 4 stud, and std steering rack, struts etc look to be std to my untrained eye.
thanks in advance.

Standard mk2 escort front brake rotors are not vented and significantly smaller than 13".

    Cheers

    thanks Paul.
The disks looked covered in surface rust, but weren't grooved anywhere, might actually be better than first impression. They measured up thicker than minimum.
At this stage, I am going to clean them up and put them back in and see how they work, after changing the fluid and checking the rears and possibly new pads to match.etc.
    cheers

Always thought Mazda PCD was 114.3. Weren't the early 323's a" badge engineered " version of the Telstar or one of the early front wheel drive Fords? Len

I thought so too Len, 108 and 114 PCD.
They are definitely DBA 930, I'll take some pics and post them on the weekend.
Who knows, they are going back on anyhow for now, so no big drama.

Hopefully this weekend I might get to turn a key...
