    Wonder how these will be for under bonnet clearance with the inclusion of air cleaners. The IDA is reasonably high so may run into issues with the front carb clearing on the front radius.

    Apparently it all fits - even with the spacers in the pic - I asked him the same question.
    I want t d some R&D - I want to fuel inject - I'll buy one if this manifold is better suited. He's talking around $1500 each

    What was really interesting - he has the 3d template for the casting sand - 1/2 way to making any manifold u like for the Essex

    Apparently less low to mid range torque than the Ford XX Pack 3 x DCNFs.  Also the whole set up including carbs etc possibly $1000 + more.  Does not sound like bank for buck and a step forward.

    gee that sounds a bit too much for 1500 + carbies and delivery
     
    think i can find some where else to spend 3000 on

    Spoke to Barry seton about this manifold and he had to spend hours on the dyno and it still didnt work well. He used it at lakeside a few years ago and it was farting at high revs down the main straight. John's right use the other one.
