What tyres are you fitting on your Capri

Hi Team

To be upfront i am contacting you from Longstone Tyres. I am an X Capri owner.

The reason for the post is because for there is now aa genuine period tyre available for the Capri http://www.longstonetyres.co.uk/page/185-70vr13-pirelli-cinturato-cn36.html

I realize that there are much cheaper tyres available, so this tyre will not be for everybody. However it does have a period tread pattern so it looks fantastic. More importantly for the driver it will handle better than anything else on these cars. More modern tyres might give more ultimate grip for straight line braking, and diminishing wheel spin, but that comes at the expense of the improved handling that a tyre that is designed to go with a car like the Capri.

I think i have managed to upload a picture. Who can say. I hate computers. I'm going to go and throw mine out the window.

Many of active posters are in Aus, so maybe you could have $AUD on your website???

$150 pounds freight to aus for a set of 4.

    Hi

We do sell quite a  few tyres to Austrailia. However having foreign currencies is a complete pain in the web site. But you are probably right,

I think £ 150 to ship a  set of tyres to the  other side of the world is incredibly cheap!

However, there is no other way around it, it does add up to being a lot of money. my apologies we truly can't  do it any cheaper.
