escort mk1 1300 extrators

hello
I'm planing on fitting a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold on my 1300 escort mk1 LHD. My only question is if it will fit, since it is a LHD the servo tower is on the exhaust side. I've read that the ashley manifold fit bought LHD and RHD. I also read that the sportex does not fit for LHD. Is all of this true? what should I do?
 
Also I would like to know your opinion on the exhaust system. I'm not looking for a loud exhaust. I'm planning on buying a twin box system. Which one is better, ashley or sportex?
