So apologies for the lack of updates the build is going a bit slower than expected but they always do so hopefully we'll start to see a bit more progress shortly.

The part hunting is still going strong.  With the above tip, these turned up - 15x8.5 & 15x9.5 so big rubber required

And as I'd already ordered them these turned up too.  15 x 9 & 15x10 so will need even bigger rubber than those above

Then I saw a fiberglass boot so grabbed that too.  I've been looking everywhere for the the Zakspeed Spolier to no avail.  Anyone have any ideas?

Lastly I'be humming and haahing about gauges so thought screw it and picked on of these sexy units.  I'll post a few more pics of it when it arrives later this week.  Just need to think about how I'll do the indicators and high beam lights etc....

Also, Wozzah has nearly finished the race Pinto so I'll soon be able to actually drive a car that will have a bit of get up and go for a change.  Hoping to get some pics of that tonight too.

Hopefully my next posts will show the car coming together so that will be awesom

Sorry for such a long post

Matt

I want it to go on club plates ideally on the off chance I want to drive it on the road. Time will tell if this is possible though

Long posts are all right mate... Nice to see your plans coming together. It'll be quite a site in the rear view mirror if you do decide to drive it on the road.
Cheers Drew.
