Capri lost in WA bushfires

Could clearly see a burnt out Mk1 Capri on the news last night. It was just a fleeting glimpse, so I couldn't tell whether it had been a complete car before the fire. If it belonged to a member here, then you have my condolences.

It's a damn shame whats happening down south at the moment, looks like a couple of lives lost, a whole town gone, awell as farms and houses. A vineyard I used too work on has been destroyed. I dare say there will be a few cars will be gone too. Thanks to the fire fighters and good luck to the residents... Drew...

I'm about 50 minutes north of the fire, can see the smoke from here. Friend of mine, her father has been out for 12 hours now. I think a steam train museum has been destroyed in the fires.

G'day Scott, probably not the intro to WA you were after but welcome anyway, I'm guessing you're in the mandurah/ rockingham area. I'm up here in the northern beaches, feel free to get in contact if you help with anything car related or otherwise...
    Cheers Drew...

I'm in Port Kennedy, once my RS has it's new engine. There will be a YB powered RS in town  I actually already have a contact for Escort stuff, he sold a RS1800 back Nov and lead me to my YB head.

I saw that car a few months ago - it was very nice indeed!
