Pinto head bolts

I found these head bolts in a spare motor of mine. I noticed they're torx instead of spline. Are these aftermarket? Would they be stronger than the spline bolts? Thanks

    I just found the answer. These are stretch bolts and need replacing if removed from the head. Only the spline type can be reused but it's  advisable to replace spline with a new set of stretch bolts.
