upside down itb's?

Hey guys, I was just checking out Retro Ford owner Dave Collage's duratec powered LADA! on speedhunters.com. He has mounted jenvey TB's upside down for cosmetic reasons, I really like this idea and was wondering what the down sides might be? Obviously adjusting things would be a pain but what about the injectors would they foul up with crap?

    cant see it being much of a problem. sbd uses bottom mounted injectors too.
