wrecking mk 2

a friend of mine is wrecking this mk 2 - its in Christchurch. Im getting a few bits off it - but if anyone is interested in stuff we can share post costs - cheaper than uk) - esp if u need panels. I hate to see guards, bonnet and apron etc sent to the tip - and that's where it'll be going ...

Those look like 5.5" steel wheels, whereas we only got 5" here.  Oh the pain!

actually he phoned - the crashpad is stuffed, he wants the wheels (but can strip the tyres and post them if he gets another one - which he is.- he'll have a look at the mirrors.
the gearbox is a close ratio one - I have a twin cam escort im doing up and may get I for thatt - if it fits

yes they'll be the same. But hard to know the condition after seeing the last photos. What would the tubes & stub axles be like in terms of corrosion?
