Filing out Volvo Calipers

Hi All,
just wanting to check if I have filed out my Volvo calipers correctly? The reason I ask is that when I went to fit my 260mm rotors today and they fouled on the callipers as the diameter was too great. I am using capri struts.
Also, the rotor holes didn't line up perfectly either, so maybe the rotors aren't right I bought? RD101S I think their product number was but I will just double check that.
If I use the standard disc though they don't foul. I am thinking I might just sell the disks I've got and go back to escort disks in vented and slotted.
Thanks
Kieran

Kieran, I filed mine a bit more on the diagonal to project the disks out a bit further and looking at what you've done that's what was necessary. but not all is lost, take the disks to a machinist and have them turn the diameter down a few mm to compensate so 258mm or similar .
just do the same on both sides

    Thanks JP.
I was thinking that might have to be the outcome.
Did you have to file out the holes in your disks in relation to your hubs for bolting them on? Mine don't line up as they should either. Wondering if my disks might be a dodgy set or something.

I used BMW e30 260mm disks and had the holes drilled 45 degrees from the old ones from memory I didn't want to rely on mis-filed holes to centralise the disk.
Isn't modifying parts to suit fun!

Of all the modifying so far this is the only misfit thankfully...touch wood. Thanks for your help (again)!
