Rear Light assemblies- globe holders

Hi All,
During the rebuild of my RS I purchased new aftermarket light assemblies- cheap Chinese copies, I suspect. Have had problems with one assy where lights don't work , no matter what I do-checking contacts, earths etc. Got fed up and went to wreckers to find late model globe holders to incorporate into the assy which will give me reliable lighting,- have already been pulled over by boys in blue with a friendly warning. Found late model Mazda2/3 holders are low profile to fit into the limited space we have in escorts and only requires minor re-shaping of the frame to allow the holders to fit in. Will sikaflex in place and once I have matched the wiring for the plug should be good to go. Will put up pics when job done. Len
