2.0 oil pump vs 1.8 oil pump

Hey guys, how good is the factory zetec 2.0 oil pump when it comes to performance? ie 200+hp 7500+rpm WONT be revving it that hard that often. I have seen a few suggestions here and there that using the 1.8 pump on the 2.0 engine is the better option.

Cheers

Silvertop or blacktop zetec? Not that it would make much difference . I've spoke to guys in usa who have turbo'd zetec motors for drags and circuit racing and there doesn't seem a problem with oil pumps till 350-+ bhp at high rpm.... The slot that the pump locates either breaks or strips with internals of the pump letting go. But this is at the extreme end of usage.
I'd be worrying about conrods and bolts more than oil pumps !!

Sorry I should have specified that it is a Blacktop, Thank you very much, that's what I needed to hear, rods are eagle H beam and got ARP bolts and studs for everything so no probs there, fingers crossed
