XFlow GT500 cam timing

Hi,
I've picked up a Cortina GT500 profile cam for my project.  Just wondering if anyone has the specs for dialing that cam in.  I've found the general specs for the profile but I'm looking for a specific lift @ position spec to set it up properly.

Any feedback with respect to how docile this cam would be in traffic would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark

Cool, thanks I'll give him a go.  I'm usually a bit reluctant to call a business and quiz them when its not going to lead to an immediate sale.

    Cheers,
