Free gumboots! Bargain!
The rust looks to be in the usual spots that escort seem to suffer from. If there is some in the firewall might be worth getting some advise from a local panel beater or car restoration place as it needs to be done correctly.

I am a mechanic so I have all the tickets I need mate so I'll need a new bulkhead and floor pan and possibly a inner passenger guard to weld in

rust in all the usual areas but your heater dome is surprisingly rust free, never seen it rust like that on the side of the dome and not at the vent

Yea is strange from what I have seen in most but still up for few dollars of pans but I don't know the cheapest place for them

if you`ve got the most basic metal working skills you can make most patches yourself.

Every cut or bit of work will be photographed so at the end people can see what was done how it was done and how long it took etc mate

The first thing you need to do is buy a spot weld cutter, trust me you will use it heaps

ebay has then cheap, and make sure you get plenty of extra blades. I get mine from Ozmestore 1, they have heaps of (admittedly chinese) tools that can come in very handy and their prices are usually pretty good. I`m lucky i can drive to pick up any heavy items as they are in adelaide
