UPC Brake kits to suit escort

Hi all. Has anyone had any experience with UPC brake kits... I'm looking to run their kit on a Mk1 escort street car. Few finer details: 2 litre motor w/45's, Mk2 2L coil over struts (springs yet to be finalised), 27mm sway bar, willwood bias pedal box - Pedal box came with 75 and .62 cylinders from memory.
 
Assuming I don't use vacuum assist, what master cylinders should I be using. Rear is currently std escort but I have a falcon 8 and 3/4 to fit once closer to completion.
