GT DOORS

I'm in the process of striping down my doors and have found that 1 door has a lip at the bottom and the other one doesn't. I'm thinking that the original gt doors have the lip at the bottom. Can someone help me confirm?

Its a 1969 door, they had the lip, and 2 small rubber blocks on the opeining, everything else is the same.  Maybe Ford should have stuck with this style it would have stopped door trim warpage.  There is no difference between a door from a GT and one from a Deluxe

I have since found out that the early 1970 GT's (2/70) were fitted with this same door with the trim lip
