MK 2 Tie rod Help please

Hi Guys,
I have and 11in front disk brake conversion, my tie rod rubbers now rub on the Disk,
So i will need smaller rubbers which dont crush down as flat as STD ones.
Would any one be able to help me out with the ID (Internal diameter) of the top and bottom of a std tie rod rubber.?
