Need advice and help.

I have a 89-90 Ford Capri SA. I recently went to get bushes done on my sway bar and found out that i dont have one. Should there be one on my car? I have got my hands on a second hand sway bar and asked to be given everything to put it in to my car, at which I didnot receive it all and need the bracket to which the horse shoe bracket attaches to, The bracket I need also attached to my car. I do have the workshop manual for my car but it does not show much on the bracket i need. I have attached a pic. Please help capri lovers.

    Hi nelly,
The bracket should be easily available from a breaker/wreckers yard. Even better many cars will have a similar enough bracket that could be substituted. Take the bush with you to find one that fits.
Also I think you should be able to get generic ones from the likes of Pedders et al.
    Cheers

If there are no SA Capris being wrecked near you, have a look at a KC/KE Laser or BF Mazda 323. They all use similar body brackets and the sway bars are the same.
