no one really modifys the ybp head do they???? i have always wondered why? i read an article about it and it mentioned that the reason why they dont modify the ybp engine is because of the engine management??? its costly and you get small bhp for the $$$.. but if you are running aftermarket there really shouldnt be a problem getting big hp from the head.

other than that i haven't really read much about the ybp head? you could be onto a good thing? will be interesting if you end up using it. the yb head is getting too common these days anyway [:u][:x)]

I would say the YBP head appears to be superior to the early heads, partucularly around the exhaust side of the head/water jacket area The EECIV engine management is to complex to remap which is why not many YBP cars are modded[;^)]

After some thinking, I decided my first strut brace brackets looked like crap...[:u]

I came up with a new design which I think suits the engine bay a little better...here they are[;^)] The welds will be fully blended into the inner guards when painted

All the foundation work in the engine bay is now officially finished and ready to be handed over and made to look pretty again[%]

Hi Guys

Santa,I did keep the location the same.I made a jig to hold the compressor housing and core while it was mounted on the 2wd manifold then loosened the exhaust housing and rotoated the exhaust housing downwards which allows everthing to become more compact
