another silver fox

I picked up this one yesterday - $2000 - originally a go green with brown interior. Now obviously silver fox with saas front seats and the split rear seat, door & quarter trims have been trimmed in kind. Runs nice - on dual fuel. Quite a nice car.

It amazes me how you can find all of these cars, and relatively cheaply. I'm guessing you must have a good network of contacts that put you onto them.

No - this one was on gumtree - mitcham - in melbourne - negotiable price - might be still up - just have to be quick! Only 15k's away from my place but had been sitting in this guys back yard since 1995 - last time registered. Crazy theyre still out there. I was really really happy with the price - made him the offer - had it at mine within a few hours. IN NZ its the same - just buy them off trademe. I get a few capri's but usually they are at the cheaper end - under 5k. Then (usually) keep them. One day hopefully ill fix them up. I just do like capri's

What a bargain, nicely done, based on one I saw that recently sold for around $8k that's easily a $10k car in WA.

    $2 grand? Unbelievable!

Just shows you've got to keep your eyes open. Well done.

Tar's for getting there. Dirt's for racing!
