Capri Ute

I was driving past and saw this today, some people do have some strange ideas!

I do recall this capri ute painted previously in purple (I am assuming it is the same one), but that was a while ago and from memory it had a leyland 4.4 litre V8.

I'm not in favour of this sort of blasphemy, but I do appreciate the hard work that's gone into it and the owners desire to have a ONE-OFF EXCLUSIVE.........it also looks much better than some mass-produced cars we can all remember !

I thought it was a Ford that got "butchered".

With our beloved small Fords being scarce on the roads now I think any Capri is a good one. It looks tidy, is still registered and I can appreciate the work and creativity it'd take to build......
With the metal working skills I've seen on the site lately someone could always weld it 'back together'....
    Cheers Drew.....
