The door stay has a pin that has a clip attached to tha lower part. Remove the clip and the pin will come up and out. Watch out for the door tho as if all the hinge bolts are removed then the door is loose.

The pin thats holding the door stay from opening too wide? Its a wire clip that is pushed thru a hole in the pin. Lots of pins have been replaced over the years with a nut and bolt. Get some bright light on it to see whats up.

Yes dont try to drive the pin out from the centre of the hinge - that u can see in the first pic - un bolt both hinges (3 bolts each) and remove the door. (u have to remove the plastic kick panel & plastic vent panel to get to the bolts)
The pin in the 2nd pic - u can see the rebate on this one where the circlip goes (not on this pin) - remove it and with draw the pin upward

Give it a squirt with crc, do the door bolts back up, make sure there is no load on it and tap it out.  You only need a small amount of misalignment/twist on that and it will bind.
