PM me an outrageously high offer and you could possibly convince me to part with mine (I'm such a hoarder I find it hard to let go of anything).

Mine was through SMACKA too, however it had a sticker saying magnum car panels, I think they are a UK brand.

Cheers

My father used to have a business making rust repair panels however he was bought out by Rare Spares some years ago. One of the panels he made was the rust repair panel for under the heater bubble on the Escort similar to the image in ausmk2's post above including continuing further up toward the windscreen.
Rare Spares did receive the die for pressing this panel when they purchased the business and equipment, you could contact them and see if the still have it.

I will get dad to check if he has any spare panels in the shed if you are interested.

Getting back to your last page for ideas on different tricks for the heater plenum area , here is a couple I've modified recently. The blue car is my blue van with a zetec.

The other car is a mk2 I'm fixing for a friend. .The fan is replaced with a motorcycle thermo fan for clearance !

On both I moved back the bulkhead 1inch
