Dream wish list for a Mk1 Escort build

Whats the dream.....what are the best things to change, modify when building a Mk1 Esky?

    I'd like to do a Twin Cam rep, or RS1600 rep using a Zetec with Retro Ford tappet cover etc., but with throttle bodies.
    Std body in Blue Mink or maybe black....reproduction std interior with rs Scheel seats.
    Usual suspension and brake upgrades.

    Tar's for getting there. Dirt's for racing!
