Help me identify this rack

Hi Guys, i found this rack and steering column in the shed which i got with a job lot and am not sure what they suit. They may or may not be related - the rack seems identical to an escort only with an extension of some sort. Any idea's?

I was expecting to find a different kind of rack in here. So I'll add one for the punters :)

You young blokes knowledge and enthusiasm for the various racks is fascinating. However alls Im saying is the other part in the original pic is a capri steering column.
