Help me ID a cross flow motor

Can anyone help me Id this Motor it was in a mk11 cortina.
has a stainless tag Left rear  OE9c71 00680 welded over a casted number 871F 6015J
Left front is K15  Right front is JA right rear is FOMOCO
It has the Dip stick at the front left and the block is about 30mm high from water pump to head
Im thinking its a 1500cc or 1600cc Cortina eng
Thinking of useing it in my 107E but want to ID ir first
