rear sway bar

Hi All,
Has anyone got the standard rear RS sway bar fitted with lowered rear springs.  Have just fitted new lowered rear springs but the sway bar doesn't line up anymore.  The curve at the rear sits down on the back of the diff housing and prevents the diff bushes from sitting down on to the mounting plates.  Any trick to this or does anyone know of a bar which can be used under these circumstances ? Otherwise I will have a newly poly bushed swaybar for sale.

Hi Peter,
I tried jacking up the diff assembly to fit the sway bar after attaching the chassis mounts onto the bolts, but the curve in the bar was sitting against the back of the diff housing and didn't allow the bushes and d shackles to fit onto the housing plates. So far as I know the bar will only fit on one way , unless I had a brain fade and somehow fitted it upside down or back to front, if that's possible. Re-bushing and fitting both new spring packs was a long job and fairly frustrating to get everything lined up again so looking to refit the swaybar might have been too hasty a job!!
