jet settings 40mm DHLA dellorto's pinto

anyone running 40mm dhla dell's on a 2 litre pinto with mild headwork, standard valves, mild cam, 40 thou overbore high compression? need some base jet settings to get me going, anyone know at all?

    What model DHLA's are they as this will make a fair difference.  are they DHLA40, DHLA40F or DHLA40G?

    Here is a great link to give you an idea of base settings though you will only get them right on a dyno.

    as Gdub said, very much depends on the model. if they are emissions carbs like the F or G series, then forget the tuning guide. 
    if they have the standard 32 chokes, then leave them standard and they will probably run, but dont expect to rev it past 5000 rpm. they came out standard on a 2L alfa after all.
    i had emissions 40s on for a short while when i was waiting for my 45's, my engine had group 2 valves, fair bit of headwork, high comp. 
    i ran 69 idles, standard emulsions 7772.6 i think, 180 airs, 36 chokes, 140 mains.
    if they are emissions, then don't touch the emulsions or you will have all sorts of problems.
    if they aren't emissions then the guide will get you pretty close.
