Escort crossmembers

G'day all. Just wondering if the front crossmember is the same between the mk1 and mk2 escort?

Also would this bolt up to a capri or vice versa?

    Mk1 and Mk2 escort crossmembers are the same. Capri cross members are different, (wider?) I think.

    There is a minor difference between MK1 and MK2 cross members but it is only the threads in the rack mounts. MK2 are metric threads
