Fuel pressure regulators

G`day guys
Planning ahead here, going to fit twin dcoe`s to my pinto, mild to warm rally/road car. Where should i take my vacuum pickup from for the fuel pressure regulator?  Do i need to fit one or can i just block off the vacuum fitting on the regulator, Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

It shouldnt be required with webers, surprised a low pressure reg has one.its my understanding the webers only needs the pressure regulator to stop fuel pushing past the float valve. Ive only seen vacuum lines used in efi setups and then they arent much good for itbs due to the poor vacuum signal

That looks like the one i use for my efi. I think you may have problems as your only after about 3 psi.
