cortina mk4 1979

Hi,i'm new in forum :) nice to meet you :) i live in Greece and i have a ford cortina mk4.I decided to built the engine of my car and i would like to inform about the specifications of this motor firstly.The number is : EE75415,directly below ''20''  and below this 70HM6015B-A.For the last number,i know that 70 is the casting of block and the 6015 is part number.For the first codes i know nothing.could you help me? thanks! :)
