STOP IT! .................p l e a s e ! .....if you keep teasing me like this, I'll never get my "Wild Stephanie Plum" on the road ! These beautiful pictures you've posted make me drool, but alas, too many cars in my stable awaiting power plant repairs so as to get them on the road, and new paint always takes a "back seat". I believe when you paint a car, you do it 100% properly, or best to leave it alone till you can, or the next owner can..........we can't take them with us; we're just caretakers.

I remember this wild plum when it was for sale - it was in Perth if its the same one i'm thinking of. I rang the bloke selling it - it was a toss up between the pink :-) or the teal. I stand by my decision.... :-) Beautiful car tho - nice rare combo which is what I look for in a Capri Paul

Hi, everyone. I am new to this forum, my interest was aroused by a particular thread re the last 11 Capri's to emerge from the factory. I think I may have one if it is of any particular interest to anyone! It is a September 72 CK17ME.....P. Manual transmission, Wild Plum, black interior and no sunroof. It is absolutely 100% original albeit the Rostyle wheels have been swapped for a 70's equivalent mag wheel. It was found in a paddock in Sunbury Victoria where it sat since 2002 until recently. Regards Rob
