I haven't yet. Will be next on the list.
The problem your going to find is (standard) sump an oil pump clearance over the crossmember/steering rack.

Hi wayne, your project sounds great and should go like the wind, far too adventurous for a newby like me, I just need something that runs, so if your engine and box is available, i could use it.!!
If your projects progress is posted i'd like to be able to follow how you are going, take lots of pics,!! … others that are following a similar path to you, i'm also keen to follow. it may be a future way to go for me at some time in the future.
Cheers nosey Geoff.

Getting a motor as low as possible in a speedboat was necessary, so they were dry sumped, this may be a solution to the apparent problem, with the honda build.  As i remember, there was a scavenger pump, in a quite shallow wedge shaped sump, just clearing crankshaft with a remote container to contain the oil volume required, which was water cooled. There must have been another oil pump, info and bits should be readily available.
Do you think it may solve some problems with this build.??

Thought I'd write a quick article on how to build a dry-sump system that doesn't cost heaps and is not too hard to make. Too many people either ...
