MK2 Escort Jamaica

I got this escort i purchased about a month ago, my first car my parents hate the idea. Initially when i was looking at it she was the most beautiful thing ever.... after a payed for it I realized that its alot of work, a whole lot. I honestly dont know where to start and i'm hoping i can get some step by step advice and help on this. I dnt have much experience on working on cars but I'm as handy as ever and can learn and more than that I love classic fords. Here are some pics

Looks like a major (read expensive) project you've got there. Need to source S/H bonnet, boot, some doors, LH front guard and rust repair sections etc and that's just from a quick glance at the body pictures, not to mention the mechanical state of things.  Can you weld and panel beat? If not and if your mates can't help there, then figure in that significant cost. You need to do a rough shopping list of major items and expenses, assign some costs and decide whether worthwhile or not! If not then strip & sell off.
Which state do you live in?

i live in Jamaica, i know its going to be an expensive project but it will pan out in the end. I cant weld or any of tht stuff but i will take time so as to get it back on the road. The engine still runs like a baby, not thinking of upgrading it just yet.
