forest / tarmac arches and rego NSW

Hi does anyone know if in NSW i could get rego on my mk2 if i fit arches to it (13inch x 7 wheels)

    Planning on having some serious dish on those wheels?  If not, you won't need arches.  Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but I thought it relevant to mention the issue of wheel offset.

    WTB: Recaro seat - any condition considered

    Yes flighter, got a set of 13 x 7 superlights capri offset, they stick out 2 or 3 inches from standard body!

    Sounds intense!  What's the offset on a rim like that?
