Hi thanks, Yes I checked Paul's thread first before I posted and it looks like he only makes the brackets for the English diff.
    Cheers

Eurospeed did my Hilux rear but I think it uses R32 2 pots which I assume are different to yours.  May be worth asking them if they have any though??

Pretty sure i read Paul can do them, he just needs the diff measurements etc
    Worth asking him.

    Hi Rob
How does the housing diameter compare to the English axle?
I have been asked before regarding the brackets to suit but without a housing to set up a dummy build it's difficult to ensure it's 100%. Can you assemble everything and maybe take some measurements?
Next problem is actually cutting as I need a minimum order hence it will be rather expensive to cut just one set etc but we can cross that bridge if we get that far :-)
    What rotors are you using?

    Cheers

Id probably grab a hilux set from you as well Paul.

I have both english and hilux diffs there, I'm hoping the english will survive the f20c and sticky tyres.. however i don't like its chances. So ill just give the english setup to my dad for his mk1.

If you do a batch up I'm sure if you posted on the datto and rotary forums they'd snap them up.

Evan, how does it compare to the English axle? You have the kit I make hence what is required to adapt to the Hilux housing?

    Cheers

Thats a good question. Ill do some checking/measuring when i can (my car is based 2hrs away from me still).
What measurements do you need? Mounting hole centre to centre, and distance away from axle, axle OD etc? Also depends on the offset of the discs used as well..

I did find this post, however they are using larger discs. To fit under 13" would need to be smaller.

Yes, the disc is probably the unknown as many do not list the thickness of the hat which ultimately governs the overall offset for the calliper mounting.
Once we know what the mounting dimemsions are then it's a case of adding spacers etc as required to match the offset.

Just looking at those other images of the kit you posted - not too sure the disc suits the calliper as it appears the radius of the rotor does not match the pad / calliper radius hence it hangs off the end of the rotor. The original R31 rotor (and the Audi I use) is only approx 240mm and not suited to shoving a 295mm rotor in there.

    Cheers

Id assume you'd try keep it the same 240mm. We know that fits under a 13" wheel.
The bottom pic in that link is using a r31 disc i believe.

Yep. Although the offset required may suit another rotor of a similar diameter but with a different offset. At least with the Audi rotor I know the dimensions.

    Cheers

If it helps I'd be interested in getting a pair of the brackets also.
I'm running 15's so not to fussed on the size.

Just a quick question - people using the Hilux diff and converting to disc what rotor is preferred to suit the 5 x 114.3 PCD and 67mm bore?

    Cheers
