Door caps on mk2 4dr rs 2000

Are they chromed as standard in these looks odd I imported this to uk so can't check.

    Hi Alan.

    I have a four door RS that I have owned for over 20 years and it has the chrome caps. They also have the chrome trim over the rain gutter.

    Was this a 4 door thing only?  I don't recall seeing 2 door models with them.

    WTB: Recaro seat - any condition considered

    I quite sure it was just on 4 doors RS's and not the 2 doors.

    Not sure what you mean by door caps ...


    I'm assuming it refers to the chrome trim that ran along the top of the doors (not the window frame) between the door itself and the window rubber.  It's decorative only, but I like them.

    Four door RS window arrangement should be plastic chrome gutter trim, blacked out window frames and chrome trim on top edge of door............
