What do you mean too long and too short?
They will fit but the car scrapes on the ground or the gap is too big between wheel and guard? how are you measuring it? what is the car used for.

I have a set of the Gaz Golds and they fit fine with plenty of adjustment to go lower if needed.
What strut tops are you using?

Silly question but have you tried the capri struts on the car? So adjust the spring then drop the car back down etc. Also those roller tops will increase the height slightly over standard.

Thanks guys, road car only the GAZ struts were to short from stub axel to bottom of hat 21 inches, New capri ones 27 inches and standard 24 inches. This measurement is full extension with the capri struts they bottom out on steering arm if the front tyres leave the ground not good. The GAZ on full ext only had 120mm ground clearance.
Would like to chat to someone if you want to exchange phone number as project has been stalled for over 2 months.
Regards Chris
