MK1 Escort Dash Trim

Hi all, I'm currently looking for a dash trim for my pvan and wondering if anyone has any they want to sell or even where I might be able to get one made. If anyone is selling any I'll grab them regardless of what sort but my pvan will be needing one that has the hole for the lighter and the seat belt light and on the other side needs 2 holes for the lights and dash light dimmer. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
