Bit more being done, this time the top arms being done and now all linked up and quite rigid,

Tested tyre width and seems 255 wide tyres fit, and could go wider when the leaf's are dropped out

Next is to fit these bad boys to pull her up

Some very nice fab work and brackets.
Are you doing all the machine as well as fab work?

Hey Shaun,

As having the car street registered, this was a bit beyond my scope and having the work done by a friend, ill do everything i can, but want to make sure it will be safe and of course reliable,

Cant take the credit this time round, but this/that man has skills

So rear end is mostly complete, just to fit the Gaz coilovers all round to position the ride height for the wheel offset, and Brembo's are on

Enough looking at the rear end, up front the SR20 has been remounted on the Escort rack and pinion,

Escort crossmember has been lowered 20mm

Gearbox crossmember redesigned also, same idea

Have you had a look at Phil's Cortina? He spent a lot of time getting the front end setup on his rack and pinion cortina.
great work as always.

Hey Shaun, yeah have looked at Phil's and tried to get my head around it and try not and copy him haha, thus far looks to be on track with an anti dive kit can't see any dramas with alignment etc

Like most things anything can be made to suit but seems escorts are more favored for parts and nothing readily available in aus

Hey Buzz,
See your Cory has got the 4 gauge pod I have been trying to get hold of- any chance someone could make a mould of it- glass or something?

While the Cortina is being finalised and back on the ground,

Getting more pieces for the engine,

More suitable intake as the S13 bannana log is rubbish

and a top mount manifold that is more aesthetic

Next is to mount it up and see if it fits, yeah im a bit worried i might not....

So figured it was time to bolt some of these things together, surprised it fits, clears and fills her up

GAZ Coilovers are in with adjustable tops

Chucked on some wheels to see confirm the offset, these are not the rims, but are 18's

Prolly should go 355mm front rotors i think

Hi Buzz,
Thanks for getting back to me. Have been trying to find one on Web for quite a while but no luck. Might have to have a go at doing up a dummy one myself. Your Cory is going to be an amazing beast when done. Mark one with a 1600 crossflow was my first car when a teen ( many moons ago!)

Cheers,
Len
