escort 4 speed selector issue ?

hey guys, just having an issue with my RS 4 speed, selector all of a sudden went very sloppy feels like it dropped a spring or something ? managed to get it into second but that's about it. clutch seems fine. anyone had this happen before? don't really want to pull the gearbox out if I don't have too. cheers

    Lever has probably unscrewed itself.  Pop the console off etc and take a look.

    WTB: Recaro seat - any condition considered

    yeah that's whats happened flighter thanks. looks like its lunched some sort of nylon washer ? picking bits of nylon out of it now. any idea is these parts are available anywhere? or am I just better of buing a new selector from smcka ?

    Same problem a few months ago. Just get a new one off smcka. Works much better anyway.
