Rally Design - Adjustable Track Control Arm Recall

Hi Guys,
 
Just got a letter from Motorsport Tools saying that there has been a product recall on adjustable TCA's from Rally Design.
I have attached the letter I received so please read it as to quote the letter - the machining fault "makes the adjuster very weak and failure is almost inevitable". 
 
 
The ones I got were the gold passivated ones so I should be fine but I'll check anyway.
