Its going to be hard to choose which toy to take out. Looking forward to the day that car runs now too. Then with all of us combined we will have a lot of very powerful small fords to go out cruising in. Should be good[:p][:p]

I have the Gt2840 at home. Just let me know whether you want to pick it up or what we should do to get it to Phil.

We might use my engine to jig it up; so hang on to it for now...I think we need one day with the RS to sort and swap items.

The plan is to have engine in position this weekend for preliminary jigging for inlet and exhaust pipes and turbo position...still a lot to do, the fuel system, exhaust, intercooler/radiator, BOV and many miscellaneous bits.

Do not see any grinder here; huge intercooler will fit in front of radiator support panel and behind nose cone.

wont that interupt the air flow, from the air intake, into the radiator, unless you are cutting holes in the grille section of the nose cone???? I looked at it but decided that it might restrict the air flow to much so i will be fitting a 450x75x300 intercooler partly recessed into the front splash Panel.

Yeah, you RS2000 buggers have way too much space in the front there to play around with !! My flat front is rather space deprived [:I]

If you have a flat front try one of the PWR barrel coolers. They are much easier to fit for the space deprived. That is what I am going to use with my Turbo zetec.

I'll have to get the camera out. It is difficult because the motor is at my engine builder and I always forget to take the camera when I go there. I'll try to remember next time I go.
